General terms & Conditions

This contract sets out:

  • your legal rights and responsibilities;
  • our legal rights and responsibilities; and
  • certain key information required by law.

In this contract:

  • ‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means Outdoor Life; and
  • ‘You’ or ‘your’ means the person using our site to buy goods from us.

When buying anything from our website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other documents referred to in them.

Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our Customer Service team.

Ordering Goods

By placing an order via our website (www.outdoorlife4u.co.uk), you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to correct any errors you can do so before submitting it.

When you place an order at the end of the check-out process (by clicking “Pay Securely”), we will send you an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email is an order acknowledgement and does not mean that we accept your order. We may reject your order for the following reasons:

  • the goods are out of stock or unavailable;
  • we cannot authorise your payment;
  • we are not allowed to sell the goods to you;
  • you are not allowed to buy the goods from us; or
  • there has been a mistake on the pricing or description of the goods.

A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will be formed when your payment has been approved, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. A second email will be sent confirming these arrangements and you will not have ownership of the goods until they have been dispatched.

In order to contract with Outdoor Life you must be over 18 years of age. Outdoor Life retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

Pricing & Availability 

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel the order and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Delivery exclusions

LARGE GOODS such as bikes & Go-Karts can NOT be offered free shipping due to there size and shape. We will contact you regarding an additional delivery fee.

Unfortunately, we are unable to sell gas online due to them being deemed as dangerous goods. These can, however, be purchased in-store.

Refunds Online

If you are dissatisfied with your goods, we are happy to provide a complete refund (excludes carriage charges) providing that the product is in its original packaging, unused with all tags and labels still attached.
 
Refunds are available for up to 14 days from the date of delivery.
 
The customer is responsible for costs to return unless we have dispatched an incorrect item. 
 
For hygiene purposes, we are unable to offer refunds on swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed. This will not apply if the product should be faulty.
 
Refunds In-store

Refunds in-store are only available if the item is faulty and are returned within 14 days of purchase. 
 
For all other returns, customers will only receive a credit onto their account.
 
The same T&C's apply as above.

Payment

All items must be paid for in full in advance of shipping. Credit and debit card payments are processed via our secure portal to PayPal. All Apple and Google pay payments are processed via our secure portal to Stripe.

We no longer offer the option to pay for click & collect orders in-store. All click & collect orders must be paid for online.
